slowing down.

in the midst of transition, what's the first thing to go for you? for me, eating well and exercise is hard to keep as a priority.

this time i'm digging my feet in and trying to be present to even the uncomfortable parts of this transition. when i do that, the fun things of the transition are beautiful and fun.

i'm listening to what my body is telling me. i'm eating when i'm hungry. i'm stopping when i'm full. i'm sitting when i need to rest. and i'm moving when i need to move. and i'm slowing down. there's no rush right now.
