taking a deep breath and stepping back

what a week...it's only Tuesday.
really.
my right side of my face has found its familiar twitch.
i see the familiar faces of my mom and dad.
and they calm me down.
they are my favorites.
and they make me laugh.
and i have to take a real deep breath, hold it for a second, step back and exhale and think, i love my family.
