Day Two....exhaustion

Oopsies. I didn't eat enough before a lot of my workouts yesterday. I did my p90x workout, practice Turbo...and then taught the craziest Turbo I've taught in awhile, after every segment we did two Turbos...it was sort of a HIIT training...I came home and did my 15 minute Turbo Fire workout...

and then was really hungry.
And I ate a salad really fast.
And then I drank a lot of water.
And I didn't feel real well.
I only recovered by sitting still...taking a nap and everything...and not going to my friend's Turbo class.

I feel a lot better today though. I think that I'll probably post each day for just this first week...then I'll go weekly (I hope) until my birthday.
