each sunday the congregation at st. martins and parishes around the world share in the Eucharist. we say the same phrases as last week...and the week before...and the year before. yet each time we say those words, they come alive and become new to me. this past sunday we shared in fr. ron's last eucharist before his retirement. it was meaningful to share in a beautiful meal together.
as i continue this journey of whole health and living, i can't forget the direct connection to our spirituality and walk with Christ. we feed on the spiritual body and blood of Christ and that satisfies us to deep levels.
